A great example of how our team can assist a client with Self Storage Development is under construction currently in Lubbock, TX.
Just over a year ago, our design team assisted the developer with "Concept Design" services. Armed with our extensive experience in Self Storage Development, we helped this client to best utilize his site for Self Storage and helped create a Phasing Plan that will allow his business to grow with the local economy.
We moved from there to the permitting stage, and for a nominal cost to the client, drafted and engineered the first phase of this development that includes 31,000 square feet of single story, climate and non-climate controlled storage.
In December, vertical construction began on the project. From our Sales and Project Management team to our Drafting and Engineering Departments to our top notch installers in the field, Mako has been in the throws of the project from the start to help guide this customer towards a successful Self Storage Business.
