Jim Reinhart

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Reinhart is the Chief Executive Officer of MakoRabco, including its Rabco subsidiary. For over twenty years, he has worked with investors and private equity sponsors and has elevated portfolio company performance by building industry-leading capabilities. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mr. Reinhart holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in microelectronics from University of Maryland. Jim is responsible for all operations across both companies and brings efficiencies, an entrepreneurial vision for his teams, and experience to grow our business across the Storage industry.

Angie Guerin

Executive VP

Angie Guerin is an Executive VP for MakoRabco, including its Rabco subsidiary. With over 25 years of experience in providing Self Storage developers construction solutions, she brings strong negotiating skills, a focused customer service approach, and a depth of industry-specific knowledge and relationships. Having worked with Mako for over 16 years and with Storage developers for over two decades, she manages and leads the company’s business development initiatives along with mentoring a team of Regional Sales Managers and Representatives.

EXECUTIVE VP OF OPERATIONS

Jeremy Maynard is the Executive VP of Operations for MakoRabco, including its Rabco subsidiary. With over 25 years of tenured background in the construction field, Maynard has a comprehensive understanding of the industry and uses this knowledge to take a proactive approach to projects, seeing potential issues before they develop. Maynard comes to MakoRabco from Perlo Construction, where he built Perlo’s impressive self-storage portfolio and completed over 26 facilities, adding up to over 3 million square feet of self-storage projects.
